Evri delivered to incorrect location and Perfume Hut refused to help even though they are obligated by statute to make sure the order is delivered correctly and to the correct location. Their attitude was 'we consider it delivered as Evri sent through a pic and therefore we can't help you anymore, take it up with Evri yourself'. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the seller has a statuory duty to make sure the item is delivered correctly and to refund or replace if this is not done. Having advised Perfume Hut that Evri made a mistake they refused to accept this or help. Bunch of crooks who you should avoid.
