I bought the heat pad to help my wife who suffers with pains in her neck and back. When it arrived it had no instructions or any paperwork. My wife used it and fond it very helpful for her trapped nerve in her neck.She found it it too big to fit around her shoulders but then she is only a size 6 I'm sure a piece of velcro will solve that problem.
Absolutely great item.. 6 heat settings.. Heated pad is very versatile can be worn on your back or use it on your tummy even across your legs.. Bought for my husband that suffers with pain and feeling the cold he's also a very large man and it's plenty big enough... Thinking of Buying one for myself
